- Office Manager, Muzi Luvuno ka Masina: BCOM IND PSY
Muzi Luvuno ka Masina has extensive experience in management and administration. He spent 5years with Standard Bank’s training division and 2 years as the Operations Manager at JMK enterprises. Muzi has worked for Dermalogica (Pty) Ltd, in the United Kingdom (England), as the Human Resources Manager. He holds a B.Com degree specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and currently in the process of completing his honors degree in the same field with the University of South Africa (UNISA).
- Tony Maphanga: LLB
Tony Maphanga studied law with Unisa whilst working part time in the United Kingdom (England) from 2004 to 2008 as a voluntary legal advisor at Rushmoor City Council in Alderson. He was further employed by Carrington and Carmichael Solicitors in England towards the completion of his LLB.
On his return from England, Tony served articles with Mohube Setsoalo Mabusela Inc. Tony is an admitted Attorney with substantial experience in general litigation. He has an understanding of both public and private sector law. He has, over the years, acquired great skills in drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts. His appearances in the CCMA and other labour forums helped him to gain enormous experience in both collective and individual labour.
- Mojalefa Motalane: LLB
Mojalefa Motalane has extensive experience and understanding of commercial and corporate law. His negotiation and drafting skills enables the firm to negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to: memorandums of incorporations; shareholders agreements; sale of shares agreements; trust deeds; joint venture and partnership agreements. He has been involved in the structuring of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He has attended and completed courses in corporate law; advanced administrative law; media law; advanced broadcasting law as well as telecommunications law. Mojalefa is a graduate of the University of Pretoria.
- Brain Kgariya: LLB
Brain Kgariya has extensive experience in conveyancing and property law. He has been involved in the registration and transfer of both residential and commercial properties. His understanding and experience of property work, enables the firm to be involved in township establishment and development. He has been involved in drafting major commercial agreements. Brian has attended and completed courses in: corporate law; environmental law; prospecting and mining law. He is a graduate of the University of South Africa.
